This form is used to let us know of YOUR INTENTIONS TO SWITCH PROGRAMS.

Once this form is submitted and a payment is made, you will then automatically be switched to the Accredited Study Program. When you pay all of the free courses

 become accredited. You will receive a printed Certificate of Biblical Studies and transcript with 87 credits upon completion. You will be able then to transfer to Ames Christian

 University to take 11 concentration courses and receive a B.B.S. degree.

As a part of the accredited program you will need to submit student progress reports weekly a link for this is on your student page.
